Jim Collins was editor of The Capital Letter for STC Sacramento (www.stcsacramento.org) from 2003-2006.
Design and layout of The Capital Letter was done using Adobe InDesign. Articles were received in either MS Word or RTF format and flowed into the newsletter. Graphics were constructed, edited, and optimized with Paintshop Pro.
The Society for Technical Communication recognized The Capital Letter an Award of Merit for 2003-2004 and an Award of Merit and Most Improved Newsletter for 2004-2005.

Livingston, CA) from 2004-2005.
